For a tasty treat that you will long remember, we invite you to try a Robertson's Old Fashioned Sugar Cured Hickory Smoked Ham. Robertson's Hams are hand-rubbed with sugar cure and smoked with genuine green hickory for days until they are just right for the very finest eatin'. Robertson's Hams are fully cooked, but for the best flavor we suggest that you first rinse your ham with warm water, then wrap in aluminum foil, place in a shallow pan and heat at 325 degrees for 2 to 2 1/2 hours. Half hams at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Then let cool to room temperature, slice and serve. Our ham slices should be rinsed in warm water, dried, then lightly grilled in a skillet with no added fat. The slices may also be heated in the microwave. Cold ham makes a great sandwich. It is also good diced for salads or omelets. Don't throw away the ham bone. It can be used to season pinto or white navy beans.
